Music of the day: Jason Mraz - Living In The Moment

In today's post I will share with you a song that is a MANTRA to me, because besides to be a delicious song the lyric is everything that I try to bring to my day to day.

The lyric is about break free from the traps that we ourselves  put in our way, traps that can be concerns about lack of money, concerns about education of the children, concerns about job.

But if you stop to think now, in this moment, what is your problem?

If you truly think about you will see that all your problems have a solution, my beautiful mum used to say that onlu death doens't have a solution, well, I do believe that with all the technology soon will have a solution for this as well :)

When we cling to so many issues we forget to live the present, we forget to look around and see the things literally, how many times your head was so full of things that you forget to play with your dog, give a kiss in your mum, husband, wife, fish, bird, how many times your head was so full of things that you didn't give a chance to yourself to have a relax bath, deep breath and decided forget about all the things in your day to live the moment.

When you live the moment your creativity increase your energy flow, your level of happiness go up, independent about what are you doing!

So, decide live in the moment, live your life, easy and breeze, with peace in your mind, peace in your soul and peace in your heart.
